Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
  • ALMA BANK does not share with affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Non-affiliates we share with can include companies that provide services necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction that you request or authorize; credit bureaus; law enforcement officersl government agencies and courts.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • ALMA Bank does jointly market for credit card customers only. Our joint marketing partners include credit card companies only.
